Frequently asked questions about roofing

How long should my roof take?

Every roof varies depending on size. Typically we can finish an average-sized home in one day, but please contact your Project Manager for an exact timeframe.

Do I need to be home for inspection or while the roof is being replaced?

That is all up to you as the homeowner. If you prefer to be present for inspection and replacement that is more than welcome but is not required. We understand any COVID-related concerns and are willing to communicate over phone/email to avoid in-person interaction.

Will my yard be cleaned upon completing the job?

Our crews keep your yard in mind while working on your roof. We attempt to keep debris in the yard to a minimum and avoid any damage to plants or shrubs. Upon completing the job a magnet will be run over the entire yard to avoid any nails being left behind.

How long should my new roof last?

With installing our preferred GAF Timberline HDZ shingle, the shingle is covered by GAF’s 10 year algae resistant warranty and 15 year wind warranty. In ideal conditions, you can expect your roof to last 25 to 30 years.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, Roofing Lic. No. 104.018270. Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.

Do you offer and warranty on the installation?

Yes, we offer a 2-year Workmanship Guarantee on top of any product guarantees.

When should I have my roof inspected?

Anytime! If you happen to notice something unusual or are just concerned about the age of your roof, inspections can be done anytime, free of charge.
