As owners, we do not desire to have better houses, better cars, or better stuff...we desire our company to help better Champaign County. Kyle Kirchhoefer, Chief Executive Officer
Kyle is excited for Rector Construction to be a business that models putting the needs of people and the local community first. After graduating from Illinois State University, he spent 10 years working for a non-profit Christian ministry. Along with experiencing great success in real estate investing, Kyle has led the growth of multiple million dollar businesses through business consulting and operations management. Kyle’s love for people finds its deepest roots in his great love for his wife and two children.
Collin Rector, Vice President
A Champaign native, Collin completed his undergraduate studies at Eastern Kentucky University and earned a Master of Science in Logistics Management from Florida Tech. He recently completed seven years of service in the United States Army as a Logistics Officer with service in Iraq and Afghanistan. Collin is excited to settle down in Champaign with his girlfriend, Katie Hansen, and to put down deep roots in this great community. Collin and Katie love outdoor adventures including snowboarding, climbing, and boating.
Jason Rector, Chief Business Development Officer
Jason was born and raised in Champaign. He has been working in residential construction for 17 years. He started as a laborer doing painting, cleaning and minor renovations. Since then Jason has managed over 70 medium to large scale renovations on single family homes, apartment buildings and commercial buildings. Jason loves his family, church and community. Jason is married and has two children. When not working, Jason and his family will be playing in the backyard or wakesurfing. Jason looks forward to serving you in your construction needs.
David Thomas, Chief Financial Officer
David has a degree in Mathematics (Illinois State University). He has a passion for family, local business, and serving others. To this end, he enjoys serving the people of Champaign County as they fulfill their vision of improving their homes and places of business. When not at work, David can be found brewing a fresh cup of coffee or off adventuring with his wife and their beloved dog.
